Mango Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks, about 1 mango
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon star anise powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon mint powder (optional)
Directions
- Put everything into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
