Mango Shake




Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks, about 1 mango
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon star anise powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Put everything into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
